- What is the Child Care in Action CD-ROM Series?
The Child Care in Action CD-ROM Series is a set of 3 CD's; Infant/Toddler, Preschool, and School Age. These CD's, once purchased, would be YOURS to load onto YOUR computer. You can use these CD's to train all of your staff, at your convenience.

- What is the cost?
The Child Care in Action CD-ROM Series is available to TLCCA Members for the discounted price of $99.95 + shipping and handling.
- What type of training is available on the Child Care in Action CD-ROM Series?
Each CD provides information specific to each age level's care, development, and program management. Users will feel like they are being personally coached by a child care expert. No other product in early childhood education combines nearly ten pages of narrative text, a video demonstration of child care skills, interactive testing, and games that immediately test the employee's knowledge in such a compact, affordable package.

- How do I obtain a training certificate for each one of my staff?
TLCCA will provide a training certificate as soon as we receive a copy of satisfactory test scores. There is a $3.00 processing fee PER CERTIFICATE, regardless of the hours tested. This means that you can obtain a training certificate worth 13.0 clock hours of training (per CD) for only $3.00 per certificate, if that employee completes an entire CD-ROM.
If you don't want to wait that long to receive your certificate, simply submit the test scores separately; however each certificate worth 1.0 clock hour will require a $3.00 processing fee.
