Welcome Vendors and Exhibitors

TLCCA Supporters and Vendors,

TLCCA is the only professional association of owners and directors of early childhood programs in the state. TLCCA is the gathering place for those in the early childhood industry who make the decisions and purchases. Our conferences held in the spring and fall are attended by over 1,000 owners and directors you want to target in your business of supplying this industry with products and services.

The Texas Licensed Child Care Association is very excited to invite you to our 2010 Fall Seminar. This conference will be held at the University of Houston at Clear Lake November 12&13. TLCCA sends its conference e-mailS to every licensed child care center in the state, now over nine thousand facilities.

The TLCCA Board of Directors provides you with several ways you can target our people:

• You may become a Vendor Sponsor to place an ad in  the conference web site program or the conference program given to each attendee of the conference. Prices range from $1,500 to $10,000, depending upon which publications you select and the size of your ad. Along with the advertising are many other benfits depending on level of Sponsorship.
   
• You may also choose to buy a Vendor Membership in TLCCA. A Vendor Membership is $200 per year. A vendor membership entitles you to secure exhibit booth space at both the annual conferences for $350, instead of the usual $550 per booth. Other benefits, not available to non-vendor members, include receiving a list of the conference attendee roster, discounted rates on brochure and newsletter ads, the opportunity to select your booth space, permission to use this relationship with TLCCA in ads or promotional literature, an opportunity to present and network at one TLCCA board meeting each year, a listing on TLCCA's website with any special offers or discounts to TLCCA members, and listing as a vendor member in conference packets. • A third method of targeting our conference attendees is by simply securing an Exhibit Booth Space at one of our conferences for $550.
